You need people to build a business…
Buildng a business is a process, and you will meet many people along the way. Some are like the foundation of a building, they will be there even after the building is gone, some are like scaffolding and will help the building go up-assist in the construction and beautification process.
Some will work closely with you in the design phase and create the look and feel internally that no outsider will see. The people I am talking about, usually are not friends or family as many may testify, but sometime they are.
Don’t rely on your spouse or significant other, you may wind up disappointed or in divorce court. The most important -PERSON- in the venture is YOU! The visionary, the believer, the warrior, the faithful ONE. The most important-THING- is FAITH in yourself and what you discovered your purpose to be in this venture. The most important -FEELING- is ACCEPTANCE- of who you are and what you bring to the venture. Learn to identify people for what they bring; this takes time. Appreciate people while they are around, help them when you can, you may need them again in the future , and they may turn out to be fans (FB) You are a leader!, but if your out front and turn around and no one is following you, then your just taking a walk… Remember people choose to do business with you so just “BE YOU”! … It wil be like a breath of fresh air
… Thanks for reading and until next time “BE YOU”

Your Post reminds me of a quote by one of my favorite women: “Friendship with oneself is all-important, because without it one cannot be friends with anyone else.” — Eleanor Roosevelt
Charles you are so right. Many times we look for that partner to help us along which is important, but not nearly as important as being that necessary leader you need to motivate yourself which is YOURSELF.
Hey DJames, Self realization is what its all about. “Cogito ergo sum” translated, “I think therefore I am”- not trying to be deep and philosophical, but this quote came to mind. In order to think you must be present or exist, and to know you are present you must think or be aware. It has become very important for me to understand that in all areas of my life I need to be aware. Take nothing for granted. To understand that I exist and have a part in every aspect of my life – I take responsibility. Taking responsibility has been liberating for me, especially in my personal life. I have been able to forgive others and as a result lighten my load because it takes a lot of emotional energy to hold a grudge. In building a business and bringing prosperity to my life and the lives of others, it is paramount that everyone involved have the freedom to discover the leader within. To lead you need followers, and a good leader knows when to follow, and when to get out of the way…
